Weston Community Children’s Association Archive

 

The Weston Community Children’s Association (WCCA) is a not-for-profit, charitable organization that has been serving the families of Weston and Mount Dennis since it was founded in 1976. The WCCA offers a variety of programs and services for children, youth and families, including: early learning and child care programs; before- and after-school programs; summer camps; recreation programs; homework help; leadership development; family support services; and community outreach initiatives. The WCCA is governed by a Board of Directors made up of community members, and is funded by the City of Toronto, the Ontario government, United Way Toronto, corporate sponsorships and individual donations.

The Weston Community Children’s Association is a non-profit organization that provides before- and after-school care, as well as vacation care, for children aged 5 to 12 in the town of Weston, Ontario. The Association also offers a variety of children’s programs, including sports, arts and crafts, and music.

 

Children’s Association

The Children’s Association of Germany (Bundesverband der Kinder- und Jugendärzte e.V.) is a professional organisation for child and adolescent medicine in Germany. It was founded in 1948 and represents the interests of around 6,000 paediatricians and child psychiatrists. The Association provides advice on all aspects of children’s health, including physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. It also promotes research in child and adolescent health, and offers training and continuing education for paediatricians and other healthcare professionals.
